  We've used Pinch a Penny on Rte1 St Augustine for more than a decade.
  
  Aside from the wonderful staff in the store, we've had very positive experiences with service calls. Over the years we've had home visits for work on our heater & our pump. We've had electrical problems too & we've come to trust that Mr Allen would suggest remedies that worked for us & our budget. We've appreciated the work he's done & don't even mind that he charged us for a service call that turned out to be a dead lizard shorting out the pump.
  
  We decided to sign up for the weekly maintenance plan & the staff works efficiently & quickly & our pool has never looked better.
  
  The only bad thing about having Pinch a Penny come to us is that we don't get to visit the store as often. Besides the pool & spa equipment & chemicals, they often sell pool accessories that have stood up to time & elements. Also? We don't get to see the staff as often. Linda & Brenda were always so nice - as were the older gent & young seasonal staff.
  
  I choose Pinch a Penny rather than other hardware or Marts that might have pool sections because the prices at Pinch a Penny are comparable & the service is commendable.

  Excellent full-service pool supply, service and maintenance provider. If you have a pool, you want to be their customer.
