  Edit: This happened almost TWO YEARS AGO and I'm STILL fighting to get a lapse in coverage OFF MY RECORD for my financed car which is raising my insurance rates!
  I am STILL FURIOUS about this total lack of unacceptable customer service and care provided to me.

  I was insured by this agent before relocating to another state. AWFUL experience should say it all, but I ended up having to file a formal complaint which lead to formal investigation against this office/agent's practices.
  They LIED on my insurance paperwork about the dates of my transfer request vs the actual request. Their office showing a lapse of almost a month in covered on a car I have a loan on, which also caused my license to be suspended.
  This went on for over month. All the while I'm getting phone calls from their office and mail trying to bully me into staying with them as they auto charge for my policy.
  
  As my new agent is also through State Farm they ended up tracking now Janet Tillman's personal cell phone number and contacting her personally since her office wouldn't follow through with any requests of phone calls.
  My new agent ended up threatening to call the state board on them if they kept dodging her phone calls and requests.
  
  Shall we mention my actual experience with them having insurance? My actual policy was messed up 3 times in the 3 years I dealt with this office, including NOT updating my coverage when my new vehicle was purchased until two months later. After I'd informed them of the purchase, provided them with all the information, was quoted a new policy, setup payment, everything.
  Look over the paper work I'm given, it's not correct. Took their sweet time fixing it, and blamed me.
  
  Their office takes no blame or fault for their mistakes and/or errors, instead it's your fault for not catching them.
  
  Go some place ELSE.
